Court Square Subway - ~$15,000,000 contract - New Line

This substantial project focused on upgrading MTA/NYCT stations and enhancing ADA accessibility in connection with a neighboring private development. The scope of work involved the excavation, support, and construction of a new entrance seamlessly integrated into the new building. This entrance was intricately connected to the existing hallway, accompanied by the installation of a state-of-the-art ADA elevator.

The project site, situated beneath the water table, presented unique challenges necessitating continuous dewatering throughout the foundation construction process. Additionally, the relocation of existing utilities on the street was a critical aspect to accommodate the connection of the new entrance. These utilities were either relocated or temporarily supported as required, demonstrating our commitment to adaptability and meticulous project management in complex urban environments.
